- The turnaround time is started to measure on the presence of applicant (data subject) in the office of ReferenceCheck.hk.
- For employment / education verification, Referencecheck.hk will conduct an ongoing search for a period of 6 weeks before closing the file and Referencecheck.hk does not guarantee the feedback from the previous employer & education institution.
- If the applicant (data subject) did not show up on the fixed appointment date, the administrative fee of HK$600 will be charged to the subscriber (data user).
- The minimum order is $800 per invoice.
